The window — and why the number depends on how you paid
ExiTide is sold through ClickBank, and the money-back window follows their policy rather than a single fixed number. The ClickBank return policy documentation shows:
- 60 days — the default window for most orders.
- Up to 90 days — when the seller has configured a longer window.
- 180 days — for PayPal purchases specifically, per ClickBank’s PayPal terms.
Your order confirmation email carries the exact terms that apply to your purchase. If you want the longest possible window, PayPal is the path — we mention it plainly here because most competitors do not.
How to start a return
- Email support@exitiddes.com with your ClickBank order number.
- We reply with the return address and confirmation.
- Ship the bottles back (any empty or partial bottles are accepted — this is the ClickBank guarantee, not a satisfaction test).
- Refund arrives on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.
What is not covered
Bottles bought from Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any other marketplace: those are outside authorised distribution, and the ClickBank guarantee does not apply. Orders outside their refund window: the clock starts on the purchase date, not on the delivery date, so do not wait until the bottle is empty if you know the product is not for you.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs are not refunded. On multi-bottle orders shipped free, only the product price is refunded.
